4 Week Challenge: Tuesday At-Home Workout

Do the workout 3 times!
If it's too easy... run 10-15 minutes after;) show offs...


So today was a little easier than yesterday. not easy... but easier. It is however, a whole heck of a lot of abs. It took me 45 minutes to do... I was just thankful to get it done.

Luckily, I'm doing this with 3 of my gal pals. That has made this semi-social and waaaay more fun to do. It's a bonding of sorts... over torture. ha! Thank goodness for good friends!!!
