I found one of these workouts last week. My friend sent me the rest and now I'm ready to do it! It's a 4 week workout. Each day has a different circuit. Here is the one me and a gal pal did today.
Do the workout 3 times!!!
If you're really wanting to be hardcore... go for a 10 minute run after you finish 3 rounds.
okay... so the worst of this particular workout is those stinkin' Russian twists. so boo. But good news is once you get past that part... it's really not too bad. Gonna be honest... this is the easiest one of the week.
