4 Week Challenge: Monday Workout

Sunday wasn't too bad... but Monday wasn't quite so easy.

Do it 3 times!!!
If you think you're hot stuff... go for a 10-20 minute run after. =)

The only real break to breathe for this workout is post those crazy Russian twists. As much as I hate the twists, I think I hated the lunges more today. Thank goodness for calf raises!!! I need those 20 when I got there.

Nice! You should try the same thing at Hoffacker Fitness on a Powerplate!

Been working with them for 9 months and never had this type of results before. Loving being healthy!
